2021 White Pinot Noir
Fermented in a neutral oak barrel. Low pressure pressing immediately after picking for no color from skin contact. White Pinot Noir is very rare and with the expertise of our great winemaker, Justin Seidenfeld, we produced this incredible White wine made from a red grape. We are excited to see how this wine evolves! Enjoy its uniqueness. Experiment with food pairings and let us know what you think! You have probably all tried white red wine before...
