Blanc de Noir
Fermented and aged for 5 months in a neutral oak barrel. Low-pressure pressing leaves a "kiss" of pink in the color of this beautiful white wine made from a red grape. Enjoy this refreshing wine with lunch or as an aperitif this Spring and Summer.

Fermented in a neutral oak barrel. Low-pressure pressing immediately after picking for no color from skin contact. White Pinot Noir is very rare and with the expertise of our great winemaker, Justin Seidenfeld, we produced this incredible White wine made from a red grape. We are excited to see how this wine evolves! Enjoy its uniqueness. Experiment with food pairings and let us know what you think! You have probably all tried white red wine before... Did you know that many Champagnes are made up of two red grapes which were immediately pressed off of their skins.
